These trainings ensure teachers meet state standards and stay current with regulatory and instructional expectations. Examples include coursework or workshops related to structured literacy and dyslexia awareness (HB 156), culturally and linguistically responsive instruction, ethics in education, child abuse and neglect reporting, and other state-endorsed modules such as High-Quality IEPs for special educators.
