The SJC Mentor Resource Hub is a centralized Canvas resource designed to support mentor teachers participating in San Juan College's Educator Academy. This hub provides practical tools, professional learning resources, templates, and guidance to assist mentors in effectively supporting teacher candidates throughout their preparation journey.

Resources include mentoring best practices, observation and feedback tools, coaching strategies, required program documents, professional development opportunities, and materials to help mentors foster reflective practice, instructional growth, and teacher success. New resources will be added throughout the year as needs arise.
