ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

ServSafe is administered by the National Restaurant Association: “We understand the importance of our program in teaching and certifying responsible food service measures. We stay on top of the various and changing regulatory requirements for every state and ensure that our certifications will prepare you to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.” Upon completion of the Food Protection Manager course and receiving a passing exam score of at least 75%, students will receive a ServSafe certification which is valid for 5 years. The two-day class includes in-person instruction, study of the current manual, and the proctored exam.

Register early as students will be given books ahead of time to prepare for class.
Appropriate for ages 17 and up.
